You're not alone Blairweech - same here- I sort of knew last week but forgot
again.
dgs's party was a great sucess yesterday evening. He got a remote controlled dalek from his grandad and I have done my knee a mischief while being dramatically exterminated - it feels a lot better this morning though.
Mr Sharing Caring left dd with me last night even though it's technically still a Daddy Weekend. I don't mind though - she says that she wasn't allowed to relax as dad and gran both think she wasn't sick enough to be at home so insisted that she do educational things like visiting a museum. She said that she was crying as the cold air was hurting her throat but they still insisted - and she is definitely not a whinger.
Anyway we watched moulin rouge and west side story last night on the new-to-me telly that my friend has given me - my previous one was a 12 inch portable and this is at leat twice the size. Plans today are to do more of the same really - have a good day allI'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080 -

Are gran and caring/ sharing actually TRYING to alienate her and make sure she does not want to spend time with them in the future?
Or are they just stupid ,insensitive and uncaring with the nurturing abilities of a preying mantis?
I cannot credit they could see your DD crying in pain and be unmoved!
Might be worth keeping a diary of what has been happening and when as they do not sound capable of looking after anything!
Just had scream at DD because we wanted to give her a lift to shops to get new shoes she needs etc. The reaction was suitable to us offering to tar and feather her! She is now sulking! Wouldn't mind but she is 22!!!!!
Throat hurts now! lol!
Soaked some dried elderberries and they are in the fridge for the next day or so till I turn them into a home made syrup.
Sunday lunch will be at tea time and have no idea what! Maybe cauli cheese and mash with sausages or chops in gravy
Sick of only having half an oven!

Hi Everyone
Just a quickie as managed to scan read yesterday's and today's threads.
Graduation went fine yesterday, feeling shattered and a bit deflated today, but I suppose that's normal. Trying to find energy/enthusiam to do something, anything!
Birthday greetings to those missed.

it started last Christmas when one member suddenly lost her husband, and there are others on there too who have lost loved ones, and they support each other when feeling low.
(((hugs))) also to anyone else needing one. Off to put the heating back on I think its turning cool.
Take care
