Morning,

The CM is on site this morning and I have just had a word with him. He has spoken to the construction director and the MD and they are going to speak to me on Monday when they come to site. He said he believes that it is going to be positive :j

Sorry I haven't updated much but I am a bit stressed out with all of this.

Ahhh PMO2, I've got everything crossed for you!!!
You don't need to apologise for not posting, you've had a lot on your mind, plus you haven't been very well either. Just as long as you're ok, that's what matters. Diaryland will still be here when you're ready to update us again. Hopefully to tell us that they are keeping you on and you can stop worrying! :j

At least after Monday, I can then focus on the future, whether it is I'm still looking for a job or whether I accept a position here.

Neglected a lot lately, I've finally caught up on the site stuff today and a lot of the stuff I'd been putting off since before Christmas

So....the answer....isn't a no...yet, but a may be.

The relevant people came to site and discussed my role at present. They need to put it across to the other CM's and get their agreement. I've been asked to wait until Wednesday when they are going to get a proper decision for me.


They also like my proposal

I did however get a compliment...that out of all the DC's they have had, I am the most efficient and professional and they appreciate everything that I have done on this project.

So.......more waiting!!!!

Positive news but not definite how frustrating for you!! Sounds like they think a lot of you though so hopefully they will see the benefit of keeping you permanently.

They were huddled into the meeting room for a good half an hour this morning I know the current CM has been fighting my corner for over a yeaer.

The MD is going on a long weekend from Thursday, hence why they want to get me a decision by Weds.

They would be silly to not hire you imho .
It would cost them in the long run . Hoping that finally you get the right result . At the worst , it's the beginning of the year more or less, so you should get sorted one way or the other .
