  • So, just heard from the construction director and the answer is a no. He said that they can't justify taking me on when they have no work coming in.....May be but they do have some on going already!

    I know, agency for 2.5 years on a project, strung along and strung along....So Annoyed!!!!

    No, I'm the only DC they have. Temporarily I helped out when the other DC was poached by their sister company but she was useless anyway lol

    Hugs. I've been there where they keep you hanging on until the last moment. It's so frustrating as you can't plan and don't want to appear disloyal by overtly going for other jobs. At least now you know. Hopefully you will find something better soon. The BofE not cutting rates may mean that the economy is more stable too... we can only hope.
