Hi,

Chat has been had with the CM. The powers that be think that it is beneficial for me to be part of the company on a permanent basis...but it all comes down to money and whether their budget stretches that far.

I put my proposal to him to pass on to the ones above him as well as emailing it over to him. He has a meeting with the director tomorrow and will let me know. He has said that he can't promise anything as it is out of his hands and that as a friend, I should still keep looking.
