I once had a load of work rejections in a row and asked the agency for suggestions - I realised I was too nervous- but if I treated it like a meeting my nerves reduced. I took in a portfolio, copies of my cv, held a pen (but didn't use it) in the interview - smiled more - chatted to the receptionist and got the next few jobs I went for... Sometimes it is little things....HTHAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I need to get to the interview stage first, I'm usually ok in the actual interview.0 -
So, I think part of the reason why my lurgy has been hanging about is due to worrying about not having a job.
I have a meeting booked in tomorrow with the CM about what he's proposing and my own proposal to put to him and to give to the director.
I've put a call out to the company HR lady about any vacancies and she has said she will let me know and has also passed on my details to the company talent aquisition manager so he can let me know if he knows of anything.
Just spoke to the one that DH used for his last job and although they don't deal with Dc's especially, they will see what they can to help, they know a lot of clients and deal with a lot of subcontractors so can hopefully find me some thing from there.0 -
