I didn't know there were different ear plugs? I think the sleep masks I got has some in them, should I get other ones?
Also, earphones, should I get wireless ones? I should probably Google this.
Different note: the other day I decided to spend a gift card I won like 18 months ago (I actually don't know when I got it). I have tried to buy birthday gifts or Christmas gifts with it but I haven't found anything I want to get people. So I decided to go nuts in the craft department.Somehow I got ID'd buying this? No idea what there is to ID? I was assumed though, I was like "I'm 33 but sure!" What can I say, I'm clearly young at face, old in knees!

In an attempt to give me half a chance at getting some of my goals complete, I'm going to break down my goals into monthly to-dos.
January to-do
Book final 3 nights for NZ, car hire and get the not-visas
Check surveys once a day
Start a self maintenance routine, take better care of my skin, teeth and hair
Batch cook for the week each week
Start decluttering, starting with that cardboard thing I've been meaning to cut up to put into recycling.3 -
Monthly goals sound like a great idea - at least you'll realise sooner if you've completely forgotten about them 🤣!

They provide ear phones?! That's good, I didn't know this. How organised of them.
I love a good crochet kit, they're usually easy and you don't have to worry. I don't know if I'll gift any of them. I'm hoping the Christmas stuff will be good enough for my Christmas decorations. I've just been taking them into work and giving them to anyone who will accept them. I've managed to give away exactly one item but was "commissioned" for another one. My payment was in pretty yarn.
Exactly @South_coast ! I'm so bad at sticking to things.
Today has not gone as planned. I didn't realise the weather would be as bad as it is, well not this far down the country. So yesterday I went into work. Almost no trains, couldn't get on the trains there were. Gave up and got myself a dominos (it had a deal so not bad) but I ended up cold and standing. I got over half way, my sister picked me up and as soon as I got in the car I started shaking like a ... Very shaky thing. I knew today wasn't going to be good. Ended up having a migraine, I think triggered by the pain in my back and joints. Just annoying, it's only the second day back at work!
Still, managed to do a survey (fingers crossed I didn't misunderstand anything, still a bit foggy) and batch cooked. By batch cooked, I chucked things from tins and jars together. Made WAY more than intended, don't quite know how. Hopefully it'll taste alright when my senses are back to normal.3 -
Happy Saturday!
This week hasn't quite gone to plan. My back is still pretty bad. I'm laying in bed, slowly rotating my hips trying to convince my body to just stop it! Pretty sure that's what the medical field is about, "don't do that" lol
My curry is too hot for me. I tried to eat some yesterday, but err went to the nearest shop (drove) and picked up natural yoghurt to cool it down. However, I got sidetracked in craving fried egg sandwiches. It. Was. Joy itself. No regrets.
No money updates but I have managed to do 3 surveys in 2024 so far.2 -

Ooh - I hope that back pain has eased off now!
Fried egg sandwiches are 😋😋😋
Was the curry OK with the yogurt in? Depending upon who makes ours in this house depends on how much yogurt goes in - some people are way more heavy handed with spices than others! 🤣🤣I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soulRepaid mtge early (orig 11/25) 01/09 £124616 01/11 £89873 01/13 £52546 01/15 £12133 07/15 £NILNet sales 2024: £202
