It wasn't all her fault, the groom's family decided to leave without saying anything so we found out that their apartment (shared the night before) needed to be cleared of the groom's stuff immediately during the photos. Obviously he had not packed that morning. The best man "helped" by coming with me and whinging, he then told me that my speech wasn't as important as his, but mine was the final one so I feel like I trumped his if we are going to play silly games. (Also, mine was better, nah na na naah na)

@themadvix it was, thank you for being 100% correct!

The little kitty has gone missing for a few hours. She's usually only outside for 30 minutes at a time. Less in this weather. Can't but be worried, she's very small.

I can't remember (and am too lazy to read back) if I have mentioned that one of my managers has quit. Potentially leaving room for promotion of some sort, I don't think they would make me a manager because I had that year where my health was just done the toilet. I can't blame them for that, but this year I've been back to normal so I will ask whether there is some kind of track where I can gain the skills I need to move ahead.

I have failed miserably with eating healthily this week, managed a couple of days but a couple of days I've been bad. No apparent reason, just because I wanted to.

Went out with family today, got Christmas decorations and some gifts to put in the stash. "Cheers" glasses, felt decoration kits and pretty notebooks being Gifty bits. A large present burlap sack with a reindeer +house outline, lights, and bunting for decorations. I mainly went into this large independent department store, they are so good in there, very pretty all year round.

I need to start tidying and sorting things. I may try marketplace to get rid of some things. I have collections of things from when I was a teen that I want to get rid of.

Sounding work out about whet to do towards a potential future promotion sounds like a good idea.

Thanks greent, I'm terrible at putting myself forward like this. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! I was thinking of bringing it up at my appraisal in February or march.

Went over to my late uncles house today, the damp proofing has started. It still very much feels like home which is all I want.

Started on one of my yearly aims, started back on the dating app today. Goodness me, it's just.. urgh. Sorry for being whiny! But not really! It's my diary, I'm going to moan.  :D

Glad the cat is back , she certainly has a mad glint in her eyes 😆

Good luck with the dating app, I have a couple of divorced friends who have joined them in recent years. There’s clearly dating apps ❤️ and then dating apps 😱 some of the photos they received from totally innocent conversations, well I’m no prude but yuk 😂 Hopefully you will have better luck!

She's a little menace! She's a sweet thing, likes to cuddle and lay on her back purring for hours. But she's very small, looks like a skinny young teen cat rather than her sister who is what I consider a cat sized cat.

I have been on dating apps a few times. I know this sounds like a "good" problem to have but I look quite young, it doesn't cause much problems in day to day life but when it comes to dating apps.. I do not want attention from 18 year olds. We would have nothing in common! No thank you! But then I don't get a lot of messages from people my own age.

Honestly don't really mind not getting too many serious messages, dating sucks! Relationships are nice though.
