Thomas Cook online claim form is live.

    You need

    Booking ref
    Date of travel
    Whole cost on invoice
Date and amount of last payment.
    Method of payment.

It then asks for details for repayment , ie bank account and sort code.

Plenty of people moaning the website keeps crashing, mind. Not surprised if everyone has piled on first thing to do it.

joc9410 you clearly need to make a claim to ABTA since they guaranteed non ATOL packages, NCL and nearly every other cruise line have joined ABTA in recent years, this is going to cost ABTA dearly. It is clear that since around January TC were collecting monies and not passing most, or in some cases, any of it on to the operators of the holidays they were selling.
  • Thanks Alan
I have made a claim to ABTA this morning. I did call them just after crash and was told that it would be NCL that needs to claim for it?
Will see what happens in a few weeks I guess
