    Morning everyone

Exciting day in the Nelski household as my brother lands back from his 4 month tour in Afghanistan:j :j :j Its actually 5 months since I saw him last so I cant wait - apparently he has lost loads of weight and is really gaunt - but hey at least hes aliveicon7.gif I am not due to see them now till christmas (they live a long way from me) but I think I will get a unsceduled visit in for a hug:D

:xmassmile Christmas has also started here(abeit reluctantly) I got a couple of gifts in the debenhams 25% sale yesterday and blew myself away when I wrapped them immediatley (I blame you lot for this - its usually done an hour before they are given :rotfl: ) I also got the kettle and pan set I wanted in the sale too so it was a bargain day all round (the new John Rocha trousers and 2 jumpers fell into my bargain bag too honest:o )

Went to sort the carpet out for my hall stairs landing yesterday too which I did - paid for and brought a sample of it home...........................then hated it when I got it home:eek: that lovely mocha chocolate colour in the shop looked surprisingly like poo in the light of day:rotfl: so I have to go back today and talk nicely to them to see if I can swop the order.

Drum roll - Kitchen floor is now down.................finally.................and was worth the wait it looks lovely. I never thought I would say that about Lino:rotfl: but of course now its Rhino vinyl floor which sounds much better:D Sweeping through will be enjoyable for a day or so now;)

I have a cooked ham to do something with today so may do some mash and peas to have with it then make some soup after if I can be ollied (place your bets the odds arent too good though:D )

Right going to sweep through and make some tea:D
    Have a great day all
    Nels xx

    Good Morning All

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MASTER DLB, hope he has a lovely day!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO KYLE's dh & STEFJB GS

OH & DS have just nipped into town to pay the rent/bills. I hate town, especially on a Sat morning.

Ive got plenty of washing to keep me occupied, and its the wk end for the bedding change

Council bloke is here again to do the tiling now in bathroom! Despite me having a strip wash in the sink and not having a shower, I dont feel clean at all! But cant use the bath/shower till monday! Yuk!

Kids are with their dad this wk end, hopefully he will fetch them around 1pm. I did ask him to bath them sat night & sunday before returning home! No response, other than the usual abuse this morning over a diffeent matter.

Might get some more listing on ebay done! So need another clear out.

CM - hope you managed to get some much deserved sleep! I hope that neighbour gets sorted! It must be an awfull situation to be in! Your DH is right, you shouldnt have answered the door!
Moiliere - do we get to see the end result of the iced cake?
Pipkin - glad you mentioned about the church fete, our local church s having one, I may pop along, if council have gone in time!
PEN-PEN - I told OH to apply for the England job! After all - when the new 1 arrives he/she got to be much better than the last numpty! :rotfl:
    (((hugs) mrs mix!
Nelski - give your brother a (((big hig))) from me!
jayward - sorry for your loss (((hugs)))

    Anyway, thats it from me
    Bye for now
    Love Emma xxx
