How long do you think the hearing will last?
This is from the guidance to which I pointed you. Seems quite clear to me you leave it blank. Take the same approach to all the other questions.

Question 6 If you do not know how long the hearing will take do not guess but leave these boxes blank.

These questions have been answered before by at least 2 posters - I realise IamEmanresu is an archived user but he was one of them.

Search for a keyword or two. Look for an older post, about 2 or 3 years back.

  • I give up. I have asked for help on the questions. Whilst I understand there is a degree of self guidance and I need to do this for myself. This forum is impossible to find answers on, the search functions are searching millions of posts and do not find answers without hours of looking through.

I am obviously short on time, as you pointed out in your first responses. The one thing I don't have is time. If I had that I wouldn't be asking these questions and i would be happy to spend the hours in helping myself. I was told by CM I should be going to the Court TODAY with a completed N244 Form and asking for a set aside this week.

Ultimately, it is clear I am well out of my depth on this matter now. I have never done this before. You guys do it every day and know the answers. I know you are busy, I understand your position but please please please help me.

Why not ask the court when you go in to pay? Just go there now.

None of us know these answers off the top of our heads.

The important thing is you get this lodged and ask for it to be put before a Judge about staying the warrant!

    may help

HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:

Use the Forum Jump button (one near the top and one near the bottom of this page) to get back to the forum thread list. Just above the threads, on the right, is a heading along a line, next to forum tools, called 'Search this Forum'. Put your key word(s) in and change the default search from 'Show Threads' to 'Show Posts'.

Oh and please use a laptop/PC not a phone

  • You can take a guess
Do you want to be able to talk your application throug hin person? Then pick IN PERSON. IF you dont, pick telephone.

    Flailing doesnt help.
  • Update. I visited the local county court and was greeted by security. Whom duely advised they could offer no help or information and pointed me towards the telephone number on my sheet.

I rang them, I explained the situation. He advised I ring the bailiff office and advise I need a stay on warrant to allow for time on the Set Aside.

I am waiting to hear back from them. They are not answering their phone past 2pm.

Hang on, he advised you ring the bailiffs who are trying to execute the warrant, to beg THEM for time? No. You are going to run out of time.

You do NOT want to be ringing the darn bailiffs.

Send the application by post then, to your local court, and ask that they ring you to make payment by card this week. Then when they ring you, ask about the case being urgently put under the nose of a Judge please, in view of a live warrant that needs to be stayed.
