Warrant of Control issued.

Hi all,

On Friday I recieved a Warrant of control from local county court relating to an unpaid CCJ from November 2018.

The CCJ etc were all sent to an old address, I had no idea of the CCJ until this point. I have checked my credit score on clear score and the CCJ is on there from last November.

What can I do about this other than pay it? Can this still be set aside? I am at a loss as to what to do and do not want Baliffs attending.

Any advise appreciated.

This is a seperate claim to my other claim I am currently fighting as received the CCJ for this to my current address. I can only assme this Warrant of control has been issued because I am fighting another PCN and they therefore were able to locate me.

So are you sure this relates to a parking matter and not some other debt?
  • Council or private?
I would suggest this is a council ticket debt
  • 100% from BW Legal relating to an unpaid PCN from Napier Parking ltd which went to my old address in 2018. This is a Warrant of Control for the unpaid CCJ.

Sorry I won't be downloading anything to my computer.

Perhaps try another hosting site, maybe Imgur.

Hide the car(s) in a garage, don't open the door, no letting them in, no windows open.

Have you applied to get it set aside yet? Get your finger out!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Can I still apply to get this set aside and how much does this cost?

OMG of course, please read the NEWBIES thread on set asides. Amazed you haven't done that and got an application in already. It's all covered, and the costs are explained, and YES we win set asides.

Your only problem is you seem to have been caught napping and are running out of time.

  • I have found out the cost of setting aside now and read the thread regarding the process etc. However, is starting the process for setting this aside going to prevent bailiff action? I do not want anyone turning up to my address.

    Help appreciated.
