Here is the board index. It can be useful to see the entire board at times. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163
The Newbies thread has the word Newbies in the title and is at the top of this board. Post 2 has a walkthrough for you0 -

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Waamo, I know where the newbies thread is. I have scrawled through it about 10 times. There is not N244 Walkthrough on it. Just links to other threads that do not have a walkthrough either . If someone could post me the direct link here I'd appreciate it. Cannot find anything on this forum about how to fill it out.0
