The air's wet at present, so rescued my knitted dress from the line before it turns into rain.
Himself isn't back in work until Thursday, so claims he will be doing housework. Seeing as he complained about having to wash up two plates and a pan yesterday and then had to 'do all the washing up again' after heating up a bowl of soup, and almost everything else was done by the time he got in from work, so he's only keeping it clean, I'm refusing to indulge the poor little love's notions of domestic servitude.
He's still in his joggers and doesn't look like he's shifting from the settee any time soon, so I think, as he's also suggested it's too hard for him to manage my expectations of not being poisoned through sloppy food hygiene (I refused point blank to eat something that had been out on the counter uncovered for three days) when he has to work --for half as much time as I do--, I'm going to brave the wet air and go to a supermarket.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
