    Morning all

Raining here today, hoping it clears a little so we can get out for a walk later. Plan for today...

    Dailies
Make bolognese as I didn’t get to that yesterday.
    Washing to be put away
    DH will do the ironing
Admin to do for the insurance claim
A bit of prep for work tomorrow

Going to make a start shortly, want to get on so I can have a nice easy afternoon with my book and a cuppa.

Have a lovely day, hugs for those that need them x

    How good was Strictly?!

I properly put the kitchen to bed last night which was lovely to come down to. Today I must clean the living room and take the dog for a long walk xx

    Morning

Strange day yesterday: I was taken out for lunch and we had afternoon tea! At 11.30 am! It was delicious and I came home full and with a doggy bag because I couldn't eat it all - but, because I don't usually go out for lunch on a Saturday, my whole day was topsy-turvy. I had one load of washing pegged out before we went - and washed another load in the afternoon and put it on the airer. Being stuffed I spent the afternoon decluttering magazines... and waiting for Strictly. Then DS and GF came in as the first couple began to dance and DS wanted to chat  NOOOOOO! Go away!!! Ever wish you had a clever telly that allowed you to pause live programmes :(

So, today, Mount Washmore still thrives and the weather forecast is atrocious. First load has been swishing whilst I attempted to get the laptop to start, looked at ways of making the laptop start faster, caught up with fb and the thread, and drank my cuppa. Laundry shuffle will begin when I finish this post.

My thoughts are with you Jazee xx

    Hugs to everyone
    Rxx

PS Strictly was amazing. Hopefully DS has forgiven me for telling him to go away!

Morning all. Thanks again to everyone.

I've been up a while. So far I've had breakfast, wudupa, scrubbed sink and s&sd the downstairs loo.

    Have a lovely Sunday everyone.

    Morning all.
We had a lovely and very hot day out yesterday. DH has decided that it’s only fair to share his man flu though so we all have a cold now. Feeling a bit bleurgh this morning so I’m pottering slowly.

WM is on but it has just gone so dark outside that the washing will definitely be hanging indoors. I’m going to retrieve yet more tomatoes from the greenhouse then I have a long list of indoor jobs (mostly of the paperwork variety as I’m ignoring the housework today) to do if I cba.
    Have a lovely day all.

Hope you feel better soon Fayolle.

I have had a soak in the bath, done the dailies and s&sd the bathroom. Have also been to the post box and cut the back grass. First of two wash loads has just finished in the machine but it's starting to rain so it can go on the airer.

Bright and sunny here so far, but I fear it is going to cloud up and chuck it down.

WM done and out on line, but watching the clouds!
I've been busy this morning, deal with some large toads, they are going but they are taking ages to get gone.

    Hi all

    Update from me...

    Dailies done
Washing put away apart from the things that need ironing
Bolognese sauce done, will portion it up once it’s cool
    Scones made
Kitchen tidied, lunch made and eaten, kitchen tidied again!
    Work prep done
Short walk done but then it started to rain again so came back
Had a cuppa and read a couple of chapters while the bolognese was simmering
Washing machine loaded ready for tomorrow

This afternoon I need to do the admin stuff for the insurance claim and that’s about it, anything else done will be a bonus.

Have a lovely afternoon all x
