When I received PCN in Oct. 2019, I tried Google street and remembered the markings were red and the sign was something like 'private land PCN £100' etc. As the byelaw 1997 is now mentioned in the sign, which means the arguments from VCS WS saying bylaws there being non compulsory are nonsense.
Am I right? Should I bring this issue up during the hearing? Thanks!0 -

There is no 'RED line' anymore at the Southend Airport. All signed are changed as well.
I assume the worst is that my case is a trespass offense rather than a contractual disagreement as argued by VCS WS.

The guy who presented VCS couldn't prove the landowner of the land, so the case is dismissed. I was only awarded £ 95 (the maximum) for loss of earnings. Hurry!
