Best thing is contact the court and ask. Surely the court sent you details and order of the case ?

VCS are bad losers. Asking the court will bring you up to date. You are still owed £90 from VCS and a warrant of control .... the bailiffs, will cost you just over £100 which the bailiffs will add to the debt so you will get it all back.

And of course if VCS cannot afford to pay, the bailiffs have the power to seize goods from VCS which they sell to get you your money.

You will not be the loser.

Sounds like they decided not to pursue it but you never know, as that Order gives them a final chance.

They seem to have a complete disregard for the standing of the court, there again, Capt Clampit has form in that direction.

There are two forum members that have requested SARS that have not been received yet. 

If they do appeal the defendant has the right to respond. I think that there are three options for the responder.

I see it's from Winchester ?   Ssme court circuit as Southampton where parking companies and their legals get a rough ride. Probably because they created a lot of problems and lot's of timewasting.

Captain SRS Clampit could well lose a lot of money with this
