I wasnt asking you to show me on the grounds for appeal by VCS; its more they dont have any
They canot point to a failing in a finding of fact or law

Called the appealing team of my county court. They were very helpful and mentioned my email would be attached to the appealing application for the Judge to consider.

Very good, worth a try to focus the Judge on the fact that the Claimant appears to be wanting to re-open a point already conceded! Never heard of anything so stupid...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They surely must have known that they would need a transcript. They will have to send a copy to the respondent.
Does it cost about £80.00 for a transcript?
I wish we could find out what happened at the appeal in March that JB mentioned.
