I would.  You can refer to a High Court case on the day and the Judge can look it up but make sure you give the neutral citation  number to the HHJ Hegarty decision at High Court level and not the one for the Court of Appeal (a different hearing transcript).

I would not give them a chance to fire off yet another WS to rebut yours.  Judges don't appreciate that sort of WS tennis anyway.

    Thank you @Coupon-mad!

The previous judge asked me to send them my updated cost if I wish. My case has been rejourned 3 times. My cost is now over £1000. I hope it's OK :)

You absolutely file that costs assessment, and you do THAT and ONLY that in advance of the hearing. MUST do so.
Show us how you have broken it down. it is not ok to just have gross figures, as you will not get that agreed.

You will also need to provide proof of
    - loss of pay
    - loss of leave
    to support the £95

You know you cannot claim £200 per day.
Nowhere will you find that figuure. Nowhere
You know that according to the CPRs it is UP TO £95. Nothing more.
Research, preparation and drafting of documents (24 hours at Litigant in Person rate of £19.00 per hour) - £456.00
     - break this down into the obvious steps following a claim, so defence, collating exhbits, writing WS etc. Assign a figure to each
Is the pay calculated according to my wage? :) I only did half of it :( This fight is purely on principle. It's not worth my time at all.
If £95 is the maximum I'll update it accordingly. My original calculation was £200 for one hearing though.
Can I just throw a big number and let the judge decide?

My 3rd hearing is going to be held tomorrow.

Helped by google, It seems Southend Airport has changed its markings and signs.

    1) Red -- > Yellow

    2) Byelaws is now written in signs

Does this mean my case has no ground at all?
