Well talk about an anti climax. This is the response conveniently leaving out any answers to my further questions

What else can you expect from these unprofessionals.
Their ignorance is more power to you in court

Some of their replies of late must question their intelligence and they are out of their depth

Yes they just basically have no argument left. I'm going to send a final letter to say put up or shut up. I'm quite happy to fight it out before a judge

Having been threatened with immediate court action back in October and having no contact whatsoever since then I've today had a letter from bw legal offering me a discount settlement due to the corona virus,  pretty low even for these morons
I'd have thought if they wanted me in court they'd have done it last year when they said

    Indeed, you'd have thought that!
Theyre just sending these out to everyone it seems. No effort.

I'm assuming since they waited so long they can't actually take anyone to court?

Don't misunderstand the power of incompetence  by the BWLegal jokers. What do these idiots think ties corona virus to a discount ????   THEY ARE DESPERATE ?

Why not send them this letter ......

Someone said to me about this letter ..... "If they get hundreds of the same letter, won't they just ignore" ?

Always possible but you see, hundreds they ignore involve hundreds of individual cases and that means hundreds of times the judge will be shown the letter. A non reply WILL result in many more spankings for BWLegal

No need to assume. Limitations Act gives them 6 years total. Their inaction so far does not halt that.

Cheers for that guys, just amusing as the last letter I got back in October was to commence immediate court proceedings 😂 so they can't blame the delay on the obvious at least

Why not go back with a counter offer of, say ................... ooh, er £0.  Or they could pay you, drop their case and you won't go after them in court for your costs.

    You will get sued though.
You will be defending a court claim...your posts suggest you don't realise that?

We win them but you will get one, as I said to you on this thread on 29th September 2019:
All as expected and a claim is inevitable from this robo-claim sausage machine.

    Which PPC is it?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
