Thanks Bubbs for the veg info so looks like I'll be OK for Thursday.

Hospital was fine - I got there a bit early and only waited a few minutes. I was actually out 10 minutes earlier than my appointment. Obviously I've no idea how the scan looked! The endrochonologist is very slow with letting my GP know what's going on! Last time I saw him about 10 days ago he still hadn't heard from the hospital and I'd been nearly 3 weeks earlier.

Yes will be ok for Thurs :D
That was good going for appointment :T:T
Let's hope you don't have to wait too long

Ooh, Bubbs what are you going to see?

I asked OH if he fancied going to the ballet with me (Nutcracker at Christmas) and he said it was a 'firm NO!' Apparently not his 'thing' and didn't I have a friend for that sort of thing. Bear in mind chums, that he said this to the person who goes on mental road trips to more dodgy places than you can imagine, and trolled around a cold and windy auto jumble twice in the past month!! He's got a cheek hasn't he? Seems cheeky men are a theme eh sunshine?

There must be something in the air.... get those tickets booked and go with a friend, or stranger.... but leave him at home with a list of jobs. :D

Going hungry is far too much temptation sary. Hopefully you can stock up very soon on SW snacks. :) Good to lose though.:T

I think we'll all be craving heavier meals as the weather turns colder curlgirl. I've bought a piece of gammon this week specially so I can make soup from the stock.

Do you save syns SSM? It's a good idea so you can treat yourself at weekends like bubbs does with picky tea. It depends whether you need a daily treat or not.

I did well yesterday and manged to keep it syn free. I did meet friends in the pub but I stuck to coffee.

I feel as if I'm maintaining OK but probably should try and lose a few pounds to get down my range. I'm still being kind to myself though after getting the all clear from GP. :)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit (F), HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, 2 boiled eggs (P)
L: cold pork (P), fried veg and beetroot (S)
D: Aldi skinny, sausages, mash (F) carrots, onions, broccoli, cabbage, kale (S)
    Syns: sausages 1, gravy 4?

Never sure how much to syn gravy. Today's it's just granules but usually I use meat juices. I'd rather syn generously just in case.

I struggled on the Saturday.... so my saved synns came in handy, as I had 2 slices of bread, some cheese, and a lion bar :eek::eek::eek:

ooh that is not good... I would ring the consultants secretary every day... she will soon get fed up with you and process the information onto your GP quicker!

I am off to have my boobies squashed and ironed tomorrow.... :o

I remain unorganised... and got up late.... so OH sent me off to work with a plastic jug with porridge (made with water), and a bag with a bag of lettuce, cucumber, tomato, yoghurt and a pack of ham that was straight out of the freezer... as I was on the go all day, I ended up eating 2 large tomato, a cucumber (yes i did not funny looks), and half a huge pot of yoghurt (the latter whilst taking a phone call). So for tea I have had loads of stew (low fat beef, onions, carrots, potato and some cauliflower that was left over from yesterday, and then I finished the yoghurt off.....

So all free....saving syns for the weekend or those moments when I am struggling!

God knows what will happen tomorrow!!!
