Oops, obviously didn't look at the label closely enough. Haha. Thank you. Think it is the second one. Whilst it sounds like a lot of syns, it's only 4 really cos I will share it. And saving all my syns for the weekend doesn't seem to be working. I very rarely (except for weekends) eat all my syns even now.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Had a shock this morning when I stepped onto the scales - I had lost 1lb! thought I would have been lucky to get STS! The best thing though is that I am now at bottom end of target range:j:j:j.
The trouble with this though is that I don't go on holiday until December and don't think I can stay here for the next 2 months or so! especially with a probably hospital stay during that time, although that might help as I probably won't be able to stick to plan, LOL!
Today's plan:
B - tasters - mainly Free although had a piece of Weetabix cake 2 Syns; a mock Ferrera Roche 1.5 syns
L - garlic & herb stuffed snails - only a small amount of butter so estimating 1.5 syns
D - Cuban Beef & rice from the PON book. Syn free recipe. P,S,F
HEA - milk in tea
HEB - none planned, although may have a Hifi bar - bought the new Black Forest ones this morning
Syns - Tasters 3.5; garlic butter 1.5; may have a G&T or 2:rotfl:

That's brilliant denise. The bottom of range is where target members dream of. I'm sure you'll find a way of using a few extra syns if you have to.Really enjoyed my controlled sweet treat at the end of yesterday. Think having that to look forward to at the end of the day will work for me, along with making my normal evening problem area good and acceptable.
If that's what works for you then go for it. I really think we have to adapt SW to an extent to fit our own lifestyles. I'd say the basics are essential like not exceeding the weekly syns total and having at least a third speed. Then there are other things you can tinker with like skipping some HEXs or saving syns. Not many syns but I'm at a party on Sunday and bake sale at work Monday so if I can save some syns now it's good.
You'll be fine if you don't eat up all the scraps and crumbs like tie!:D
We've been out for lunch today. Although I had about 30 syns to spare I probably used them and more. Not much choice of starter so I had pate with toast then I had plaice (pan fried) and chips. Both came with very generous pile of salad leaves. And I had a glass of wine. So if I was going to WI a STS would be good. I might even have more wine tonight.:p
Back on plan tomorrow. My fridge is looking really bare as I've been good at using things up this week. As I don't have to cook this evening (DH even had jam roly poly and custard with his meal:eek:) I think I'll wash out the fridge before I do my shop tomorrow.0 -
Hello everybody.
Well done losers! Denise I can only dream of being at the bottom of target at the moment! (I was this time last year). Beanie hope your back lets up soon.
Out for lunch yesterday but we went to the carvery - always a reasonably good option on SW I think - so syns for a yorkshire pud and a little gravy, and a whole mound of lovely veg, more than 1/2 the plate.
Today's menu
Brunch - bacon, eggy bread, beans, orange (P, P + HEB, F (? beans) S)
D - JP with cheese, ham, salad dressed with cottage cheese, yoghurt (F,HEA2, S,P, 1/2syn)
Snacks -banana, 2x Alpen lights (6)
Weigh in tomorrow!0 -
