Glad you're pleased with your group
Kathryna . I only buy the LM rosemary sausages and mostly use them for stuffing balls.:)

I came home for lunch in the end. So all on plan again today. I've only been to Nando's once. What do people eat to keep it low syn?

I've got 30 syns left for lunch out tomorrow. I'm not going to WI this week but I want to stay within syns.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit (F), HEB porage with HEA milk, banana, skinny syrup (F)
L: JP (F) with cottage cheese (P) spring onions, beetroot (S)
D: SW chips (F), salmon (P), asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, cauli steak
    Syns :0

Pleased to say I avoided the beige food this afternoon! I just had some crudities & hummus. Wasn't going to have a drink but was persuaded and had one large glass! Still within syns though.

DH has decided he isn't hungry yet so no idea what time dinner will be if we have any. I'm about to make some falafels for tomorrow's tasters so may have a few of those with some yoghurt.
