I came home for lunch in the end. So all on plan again today. I've only been to Nando's once. What do people eat to keep it low syn?

Maman~~chicken & corn on the cob at Nando's for me.
    Not been in ages.

I have nearly the same as Beanielou. Butterfly chicken, corn and garden salad with a diet coke. 3 syns in total, and if you remove the chicken skin it's even less.

Been a bit naughty today :o
Kids doing a fund raiser for Mito Awareness and had a cake sale, I was in charge of cutting cakes into portions and a fair bit of frosting forced its way into my mouth . No cake passed my lips but may have munched a few skittles :p

  • Well done PIB, fab result. Glad group is good for you Kathryn, makes it so much better for us all.

Very proud of myself, went to see The Lion King last night, but actually took food out of the freezer to eat before I left the office, so I was not tempted in any way, shape or form! There was almost a barney there, lady beside me, quite rightly, told the woman in front of her that her daughter did not require a booster cushion, if looks could kill! I'm 5'2", and don't need one, her child was taller than me! Her younger sister however, I really wanted to hit as she did not stop moving in front of me:mad:

Well done on resisting temptation GTQ

Really enjoyed my controlled sweet treat at the end of yesterday. Think having that to look forward to at the end of the day will work for me, along with making my normal evening problem area good and acceptable.
Don't need it tonight though, as out at wheelchair basketball with daughter.

    Today's plan:
Breakfast - bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomatoes
Lunch - steak, sw hash brown and mushrooms
    Dinner - shepherds pie
Snacks - sf jelly, hi fi bars, fruit

    HAs - milk
    HB - hi fi bars
    Syns - sf jelly (0.5)

Not many syns but I'm at a party on Sunday and bake sale at work Monday so if I can save some syns now it's good.

  • Well, it was my day off yesterday and I spent a fair amount of it trying to cook SW food.

    I made:-

3 portions of chicken tikka masala
    4 portions of crustless quiche
3 pizza bases (porridge and yogurt version)
    3 pizza sauces

The curry and the quiche I will definitely make again, but I thought it was an awful lot of faff for the pizza.

    Today's plan:-

    B - Coffee (HEA1), watermelon (s), grapes (f), banana (f), strawberries (s)

    L - Crustless quiche (S, F, P)
    Muller Light (0.5)

    D - Heck sausages x 4 (2.0)
    Pasta (f)
    Dolmio Stir in (???)
    Broccoli (S)

    S - Alpen bars (HEB)
    Tea (HEA1)

I couldn't face making any more yesterday, so the tomato sauce for pasta didn't get made. Could anyone help with Dolmio Stir in, the smoked bacon and garlic one please?

    (End 2022) - Target £116,213.81
  • Could anyone help with Dolmio Stir in, the smoked bacon and garlic one please?

Just checked, Slow Roasted Garlic & Tomato 150g pot is 8 syns, Smoked Bacon & Tomato is 7.5 syns. HTH.
