Raise a formal complaint with Nationwide, ask them specifically to point out where it says the direct debit guarantee includes an exception for companies that are in administration (clue: it doesn't say this anywhere).

Initiated a switch to Bulb via MSE's Cheap Energy Club on 25/9 and have heard nothing from them or Utilita since a 'Hurrah! Your switch is now in progress' email received the same day.

I was owed £250 by Eversmart. Based on another posters experience, I contacted my bank and obtained a Direct Debit reversal. Money was back in my account within a few hours.

Had my welcome pack from Utilita over the weekend. All well and good but my switch to Avro completed on the 12 September.

I got my welcome pack from Utilita on 26/10/19, 38 days after they officially took it on. The only thing is I have moved to Symbio Energy as of 17/10/19!!!
