I didn't receive any response to emails from the Store but I did receive a confirmation order email when I first placed the order. When I phoned customer service they definately confirmed I wasnt going to get an ipod but I did. So I would say it depends on whether you received an email of confirmation straight after you ordered the product as to whether it will arrive or not.

I am having great fun with it but think on retrospect I should have ordered the 20gb version as it would have been smaller and lighter the 40gb is a little too thick and I will never fill the 40gbs. Cant complain though it is fab.

I placed the order and got a conformation email straight away and as yet have still recieved nothing so i'm thinking i might be one of the unlucky ones who when they said i wasn't getting it, meant i wasn't getting it.

My next question is are any of you going to buy speakers and if so which ones do you fancy. Not sure this is the correct place to post this but here goes anyway.

The Bose ones look good - £249 though. Anyone know if they are worth the money? John Lewis offer a 2 year guarantee on them.

Placed online order on 7 June, and although I did receive the confirmation email, it did not arrive.

I emailed their CS dept only to be told they have no record of my order and to reorder. Yeah, right.

Did anyone else get theirs?
