You don't get your customer order until you get your invoice. You can check up on your order by phoning customer service . They can trace your order by your postcode.They call me Mr Pig!:laugh:0 -
Customer support line says they're out of stock and no record of my order (placed on Saturday and confirmed by email), but confirmed the price is right. 2 - 3 weeks delivery, even though the website site said in stock and delivery on Wednesday to my home.
I think they're dreaming about incoming stock as this is a discontinued product. Good luck and well done to all who have the confirmation of delivery.0 -

She said they'd keep it on order, but if they don't get more stock, well, we just won't ever get it. Mind you, if we wait long enough you'll be able to get a 80GB one for less money. Don't think I can wait that long though...0

I have emailed the internet guys as customer service are no use at all! They can't find any details on their system although I have 2 confirmation emails from the store telling me the item will be despatched shortly. Customer service tell me that there is no trace of my order they are now sold out and they wouldnt send the item to me unless I had paid for it via my visa card which I havent. I was put on hold while they tried to find an old catalogue to look up the item to see which ipod it was but they couldnt find it in the catalogue.
Still waiting and hoping tomorrows Wednesday perhaps my postie will have a nice parcel for me perhaps he wont!

sounds like it was indeed to good to be true

I doubt if we will get our ipods now.
Are they allowed to back out of it if they realise they made a mistake?

i also got an emails saying my order didn't exist and i am going to call them tomorrow to give off especially if they are out of stock cause i placed the order on saturday night and recieved a conformation email for it.. i also called them on sunday and was told they where still in stock. and seriously if i call and they tell me it is out of stock and they can't find my order they will have to hang up on me cause i'll be giving them a total earfull.Hello Floor Make Me A Sandwich!0

Well it is confirmed that i am not getting mine. phoned customer services and they have FINALLY found my order saying it was placed on the 7th. i placed it on the 4th and they didn't process it till the 7th which meant by the time they put it on their system they had sold out. i complained and the best they would give me was 'Sorry but its out of stock' but it was in stock on sunday? 'Sorry but its out of stock' but it was in stock when i placed my order? 'sorry but it is out of stock'. you get where i'm going with this. To say i'm not very happy with this company would be a massive understatement.Hello Floor Make Me A Sandwich!0
