Hi,
On the website you need a customer reference number to log into your account, but it says this number can be found on the invoice.
Did you enter any payment details? I think you have to pay after 28 days?
Maybe i have it all wrong

As it's part of Empire stores group, it's a credit account. You'll get one of those big books with lots of stuff you don't want in it. But you also might get a good price iPod, so that's ok then
Or they might discover this is all a big mistake. I guess we're all waiting for Wednesday...

I placed an order on saturday night and phoned them on sunday to get details and they told me the order hadn't bee processed yet, we i could understand it beeing the weekend, so was told to call back tomorrow. i called back today and they told me the order still hadn't been processed and won't be done till over night. now i'm really not happy about this as it was stated that it would tak 4 to 5 days delivery which i now think is not going to be a realistic time frame. i'm not cancelling the order as i want this at this price but i'm a bit miffed that the customer service was not exactly the most helpful i've ever came across

i have given my credit card details but as yet nothing has been taken from my account, i am going to call back and if nothing has moved forward i'm going to start asking for more discounts just to be a pain in the !!!!!! and get them moving a bit quicker with this. 4 days and the order hasn't even went on the computer is just a bit of a joke.
