Llangrannog Beach car park - PCNs when prevented from paying

I have lost count of the number of times a motorist has said, "I never received a NTK in the post" yet the PPC has said, "we sent it, here is a copy as proof", yet never a one has provided a proof of posting.

In this case the judge effectively said, there was no proof of posting, therefore no NTK was ever sent. It would be useful to know the case number, the name of the judge, and the name of the court.

The claim number was H6KF550M, One Parking Solution v Thomas, heard by DDJ Carson at Llanelli County Court on 3rd December 2021.

Judges are not fools, this is what happens when honest people come up against dishonest companies.  Every complaint of dishonesty should be reported to one's MP,

Really, the judge said that or was it the BBC reporting it wrongly?

 An application for costs by Ms Thomas, on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour, was refused.

I thinlk that it is time judges started awarding thes costs  Many paople spend hours and hurs dealing with such matters.

But that is not the issue, is it.  It is the difficulty of proving a level of unreasonable behaviour which is set at such a high level using the Dammerman scale.
