I have lost count of the number of times a motorist has said, "I never received a NTK in the post" yet the PPC has said, "we sent it, here is a copy as proof", yet never a one has provided a proof of posting.
In this case the judge effectively said, there was no proof of posting, therefore no NTK was ever sent. It would be useful to know the case number, the name of the judge, and the name of the court.I married my cousin.
