    mine still isn't working when i try to retrieve the new credit report it just tells me there has been a problem please try later which is the same as last week.

    It is free but MSE should at least have an update on the problems on the login page and when they might be fixed.

    My view is saying "last updated 23 July", next update "22nd Aug"...

    Bit confused by the 999 out of 999 credit score I get on the left but on the right-hand side my CC affordability and loans are both "v weak".

    I am getting "credit report failed" but MrsM's report has updated today.
