  • Interestingly, mine says next update due '2nd August' even though ive seen a new credit report from the 14th on there, before it has now stopped working. Whats going on?

Is there anyone from MSE who can assist?

Still unable to load credit report. Also the score has never been updated since 1 July. Please do not bother telling me the score is meaningless. I know, I know. I'm just telling you the situation.
  • I logged in twice today and both times got the message that I should try again. I can't recall when I last had a successful logon - acc to MSE, Experian is having trouble connecting me with my file (even though it never used to have such a problem). Same with my wife. There seems to be no way of sorting this out which is quite frustrating.
  • Suddenly started working for me this morning
  • "Loading seems to be taking longer than usual. Please try again later."

There seems to be a problem getting your Experian Credit Report. Please try again later.

Just signed up to https://www.creditkarma.co.uk (new name for Noddle). Free and I was able to get to my report for a mortgage application today.

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for getting in touch and raising this with us.

We've had emails from multiple users over the weekend who are also unable to view their credit reports, so we have raised this as an incident and are looking into what is causing this.

Hopefully we'll have a fix for this soon.
    Thanks
