Verification took a long time to load, but after a couple of minutes I had full access to my report.

I have the same - credit report failed...
  • I have the same issue, not working the last couple of days for me....??

Same here; after taking quite a long time to load for each one, I was able to excess both mine and husband's reports.

I used my laptop, rather than my iPad, so don't know if that would have made any difference?
A cunning plan, Baldrick? Whatever it was, it's got to be better than pretending to be mad; after all, who'd notice another mad person around here?.......Edmund Blackadder.

My (make believe) credit score was due to update 13th August......still waiting.
  • It is still working perfectly for me. Have you guys tried a different browser or to clear your browsing history?

  • It's not working for me either. How the hell do you report a technical issue? I've tried to go via the contacts link but you end up just going around in circles.

Tried Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge on a laptop running Windows 10 and Safari on iPad.

In each case the logon to MSE Credit Club is fine but the clicking on the credit report tab comes up with the error message, Credit Report failed.

My 'next update' was due on the 1st of August. And still doesn't work on any browser or any machine.
