The song was being made for the test case starting! Do we know the exact date?

I've received the e-mail reminder, but am having problems on the site.

I manage to log on, but when going to my account it logs me out again.
I just keep going round in circles, can't seem to stay logged in?

Received my text reminder & downloaded without a prob. I need to phone Abbey this afternoon for normal mundane stuff & even though all my claims are now fiished I'm gonna find a reason to put them on hold & prop the phone up against the PC speker for 2 mins

Hi all,

It is important that when you enter the mobile number here on the MSE website you don't leave any spaces (i.e. 09876543219 will work, 09876 543219 will not).

Although some people have downloaded the track easily, it seems that other have had difficulties (including me!). I've been working with Tune Tribe to get this resolved and I recently tried again and it worked, so perhaps the technical difficulties have been worked out. I'll keep everyone updated with any further news.

We have about 13,000 pre-sales, and we just need another 1,500 people to download the tune today to make the mid-week charts.

The Tunetribe link is down for the time being - I got mine from the MSE link no problems.

Fingers crossed for the midweeks
