Help Get the Bank Charges song to number 1!

I dunno how many folk are trying to download but the website looks like its really struggling. It has taken me 3 goes to get the download. Success now though!!
It kept saying "order not found" on the previous attempts.

Really hope this doesn't put folk off. Martin should mention something on the site to get folk to persevere.

Anyone any ideas how many folk have ordered the song??

It says track redeemed but i dont know where i will find it .

ANDENA, If you run a search using the filename - I Fought The Lloyds mp3 - you should be able to find it.

I've been trying since I got the reminder text (thanks Martin!) at 6pm yesterday and all I get are error codes. Looks as though there are so many of us trying to download the track that we're causing problems oops

I am sure that someone else must have come accross this problem but there are now 10 pages on this topic and I do not have time to read through them all at work.

I have just tried to download the song and I got this error message.



I definately ordered the song as I get the pin code on 23/11/07 and received the message from Martin yesterday.

Can anyone help?

Yeh I got the same error message yesterday. I tried it again today and it said "track already redeemed".
As long as my purchase registered thats fine, I don't particularly want to listen to the song but I think that customer services email will be have been bombarded with complaints. Their website simply doesn't work!

A few people have had problems, I didn't, but it has been reported and the Techie guys on MSE are looking into it and it will be mentioned in Martin's email. It seems you need to keep trying and perhaps it will ease up as the week goes on.

I have just downloaded this successfully. If anyone else is seeing the same problem, I would recommend that they try again and if that doesn't work, then wait around an hour or two and try again. This worked for me.

Tried to download, all I get is "Artist not available".

Yes I have had my text, and entered the url correctly, it then asked me for the pin,
it then asked for email and password, then said artist not available.
several attempts made, no luck, and I am used to downloading music.
