I have emailed customer services with the details of how its saying I have redeemed the song but I actually haven't as it didn't work and all they come back with is how to download it and not answering my question has anybody else had this and did they eventually get to download it, my order history is also blank?

No luck, trying since yesterday evening and still saying I have redeemed it and their Customer Services is crap, think somebody from the website should get in contact with Tubetribe as a lot of people are having problems and they appear not to be looking into it. :mad:

There's been technical problems, which were nothing to do with :money:or MSE. Everybody has been working round the clock to get it sorted and now it seems to be working fine - I was just with someone who typed in and got it quickly and first time. It might be a little slower during times of peak demand, but that's it - tunetribe have promised they now have the load balances required, so it's time for lift off! :A

You can also message the band Oystar at our myspace page if you have a particular problem you think we can help with.

So keep telling people about it, and keep going and we'll make it to the top of the charts -

I have it on good authority that the song is currently at number 18, and is also the highest new entry, on this week's industry-only midweek singles chart.

That's no guarantee that it will still be there at the end of the week, but it's a very good start!

As long as people keep downloading the track Oystar can keep this position and go even higher in the charts!!!!

....So please redeem all your pre-orders as just texting in from your mobile will not count towards a chart position, it needs to be downloaded.

(Also you cannot download the track onto your phone, you have to download it onto a computer)
