just tried agin and success... but now wont download keep getting error so loads of people must be downloading it!!

Hi, got the text message, went to the download, got message saying mobile number not recognised. Wasssup??

I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Every time I try to download, it keeps coming back with "No order found". I ordered it back in November, & I got a text straight back with a code. I hope it's all back up & running soon, & that it gets straight to No. 1, but it'd be nice to think that my download helped though lol.

well, now says i have downloaded it but i havent been able to find it anywhere on the computer so although i cant paly the song hopefully this will count as a sale

Try running a search, you're bound to find it that way.

Do persevere - it took me about seven attempts on the MSE link - I got service errors and 'no order found' messages along the way, but got there eventually! Have now managed to download it and, ahem, I have to admit I quite like it!!

So just keep trying, you'll get there in the end and I, for one, think the wait is worth it!

Yesssss! Just tried again now and got the 'success' message straight away. Maybe they were just overloaded by people all trying at once? Song now downloaded to my computer.
