Why have both?
Sign mentions ANPR but nothing about a jobsworth attendant.
Someone really should write a thread for Newbies that answers questions like "do I alter the template that says not to alter it in any way" and "how can they be members of the BPA and IPC".
On second thoughts it's probably a waste of time. It would be very long and nobody would read it.0 -

Why have both......
Probably to confuse,! Or look professional.
Don't worry about that.
Trust the advice.
They won't be sending you a popla code,!0 -

Someone on CAG says
"If the sign logo reads independent paking committee then the sign breaks the law and no contrcat can be formed and the parking co cant legaly apply for your keeper details"
I presume it is rubbish?
Anyway i will use the MSE template online and also in an email. Does anyone have an email address for ukcps so i can do it in addition to their online form? The letter only contains a web link or postal address not an email address.
They do not even quote relevant land. Removed is a big town so is meaningless.0 -

Anything else can be ignored as not a valid appeal.0 -
Given the parking company have managed to obtain your details I will leave it to you to work out how rubbish a statement that is on CAG.0

Hopefully you refer to the blue type letter you found in the FAQ and not any letter from the mse article on this topic
And do accept it's futile as an appeal and prepare yourself to ignore their unpleasant debt collectors letters which will follow!
And do read up in the FAQ on why you don't want to appeal to the IAS!!0 -

And I don't think dx100uk on CAG likes me very much! A few years back I joined CAG very briefly, posted and on one or two occasions I had to call people out on dreadful and wrong advice. I then gave up as they are hopeless about PPC charges and shout very loudly with lots of hot air and nothing useful.
Hence why dx100uk posted on CAG, I see, to slag off the MSE template appeal from here, because they apparently do things differently (but do NOT have the 99% win rate in court that we have had for two years).
You do realise that NO APPEAL works v IPC firms? As the NEWBIES thread explains in post #3, so no need to ask why (please) nor asking what your 'next step' will be (please no).
Come back at court stage when you really need us, and forget CAG!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
