The keeper has received a letter to keeper about not parking in a marked bay by UKCPS. How does the keeper fight this?

Photo does not prove alleged infringement.

Not responded to these leeches so far.

Corrected links see post 12 ...

Here are links to letter and google maps from above,

Removed

And from above the temporary wall is missing.

Removed

The red shows where the car was parked with temporary wall drawn in.

Thanks

Go there now to learn about the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with this

If you need further advice after studying that thread then post here

Have you read the stickies/FAQs? They are a sine qua non to dealing with these PCNs.

If they were to take this to court they are likely to struggle imo as many judges regard these claims as a waste of court time, not real breaches of contract at all, a scam in fact, read this

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_minimishttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_minimis

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
