Euro carparks help please, Had a parking charge notice

Unfortunately you have not addressed the part about departing, which is a bigger deal than arrival, seeing as it's a busy car park and departure time is usually greater than arrival, as seen in the BPA Cop clause 13
You are on the right lines, and I never said to be impolite, we expect a firm but polite complaint to be made, in your case citing the Equality Act 2010 which isn't even mentioned, the fact that it's a Motability vehicle is irrelevant but should be kept in, perhaps incorporate or adapt the one by waamo ?
Add the PCN reference as well, plus name, address and a suitable email address too
PS this is Euro Car Parks, not Parking Eye0 -
had ParkingEye on the brain after reading through the sticky! Doh!
Dear .....
I am horrified at receiving a parking notice whilst shopping at your store. I am a Blue Badge holder and am extremely distressed at the £90 charge given to me.
The PCN from Eurocarparks is rather vague and just states that the vehicle was parked for over the allotted two hours free time, which is incorrect. As a blue badge holder. the driver(s) require extra time under the Equality Act 2010 & I am rather distressed to have received this notice, as this doesn't take into account the extra time the driver needs.
The driver(s) of this vehicle are regular customers at the Kingsmead Retail Park and the Aldi store in particular.
The driver(s) have always abided by the parking terms and conditions, however, on this occasion, extra time was required to find and park in a space. As this being a very busy car park, departure also took longer than anticipated due to the set of traffic lights on the exit and the extra time needed due to disability.
As you can appreciate, the demand for this large amount of money is causing the blue badge holder a great deal of stress, and I would ask that you exercise your powers to have this cancelled.
Yours faithfully
I will also add the details you mention RedX

This is now a very good example of a retailer complaint from a Blue Badge Holder.JamesN1984 wrote: »had ParkingEye on the brain after reading through the sticky! Doh!

As ECP use POFA-worded PCNs, they can hold a keeper liable, so I would not even pretend you weren't driving, just be insistent about the illegality of failing to make a 'reasonable adjustment' of time.
Also diarise to appeal to ECP within 28 days but this complaint is done FIRST and certainly pressed (and if needed, escalated to a higher up manager/CEO) before trying POPLA, so no rushing the appeal to ECP and shortening your time to get the retailer to step in.

Thank you

I sent my appeal template off to ECP last week but have heard nothing back as of yet.
Do i send this as a letter to Savills or email, as i can't seem to find a general email address on Savills website, unless i just fill in the contact form, but would probably get filed in the Junk!
Thank you0 -
Is there no Savills name shown when you Google the name of the retail park and find contact details for shop units, enquiries, etc., in your results? Normally there is some article boasting about their client's acquisition and talking about the shop units for rent.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

nothing about Savills, but i did find this:
The original plans for a supermarket at Kingsmead fell through as Morrisons pulled out. But then Triple Jersey took over the site and the supermarket building has now been split in three with B&M Bargains in one part. An Aldi supermarket will open in another part and Pets at Home in the remaining area. Two further units are yet to be filled.
But it says Savills on the ECP signs, but a company called triple Jersey own the site, so now i'm confused!0 -
Savills are the managing agent for the landowner, nothing confusing about it
There was a recent thread about savills and cancellations and I think it had names and contact details, have you read it ?
Edit, you need to be more like Poirot and not like Clouseau

I have been on Savills website but there are no retail directors in any of the local offices. So short of just picking a random retail director, i'm not sure who to write too. Ive even tried linkedin but can't click on any of the people that might be able to help0
