Euro carparks help please, Had a parking charge notice

Hi All,
I am posting here asking for advice. I have just received a "parking charge notice" from Euro Car Parks. Driver parked in a disabled space, with badges up, on the 31st July. the free parking period is 2 hours. entered at 11:23:32 and left at 13:38:18. So including grace period of 10 mins, 5 mins over.
As the RK want to put an appeal in, but not sure of the ways and means of doing it, so any advice would be much appreciated.
This is the sign:

Thanks in advance for any help

At the top of this board is a thread that tells Newbies to read it first. It contains a template for you to send.
Have you tried to get the landowner to cancel it?0 -
It doesn't work like that, no
Complain to the landowner or the managing agent for the retail park under the Equality Act 2010 that they should make reasonable adjustments and allow more time
Use the blue text template from the newbies sticky thread near the top of the forum appealing as keeper, no blabbing about who was driving
NB there are 2 grace periods, not one, one before parking and one at the end to leave, so grace periods will feature in any popla appeal0 -

No i haven't appealed to them. I'll use the template and claim under the equality act and see what can be done. I can send copies of my blue badge (whether that makes a difference or not i'm not sure!)0 -

Do not alter the template. If you don't know what your doing there is a risk of messing up. Blue badge arguments might come later but if you go off on your own way you run the risk of inadvertently naming the driver.0 -
Thanks guys,
I have just copied the template letter into euro car parks website appeal page (and just igned off with NAME (Registered Keeper) so no driver details revealed.. I'll await their rejection and popla code, where do i go next with this?
Thank you

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving
You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving
If you have used your real name as your forum name then you need to edit it out of your posts
And get MSE to change it to something anonymous
The ppcs monitor this forum and can use posts in your thread against you in Court0 -

POPLA is where you go when the POPLA code comes through
the BB isnt of any validity on private property except to signal someone has a disability to the staff on site and the landowner
its the Equality Act 2010 that covers the person with the disablity, with or without any Blue Badge
read the blue booklet that came with the badge , it tells you that private property has different requirements, which are usually on the signs
now your appeal is in , you need to COMPLAIN to the LANDOWNER or their Mnanaging Agent, LIKE I TOLD YOU EARLIER0 -
Your OP needs more editing
Use the third party as in "the driver did this"/"The keeper did that"0 -

I appreciate that but i'm unsure of how to word such a complaint. Would it be OK if i drafted something and posted it up here before sending to Savills?
