HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:

Use the Forum Jump button (one near the top and one near the bottom of this page) to get back to the forum thread list. Just above the threads, on the right, is a heading along a line, next to forum tools, called 'Search this Forum'. Put your key word(s) in and change the default search from 'Show Threads' to 'Show Posts'.

NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSE

To upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.

Reread post # 8 by KeithP who tells you how to submit your DQ.
  • hi I am writing up my witness statement but am unsure on if I should template it like the others I have seen as most of them basically admit that they were the driver? In my defence I challenged the fact that they couldn't prove who the driver was, but it looks like they have a good response to that after reading there witness statement today. could anyone point me in the right direction for good WS template. I have followed newbie thread and have a lot on evidence including pictures/videos of poor signage and case reports.

    Thanks in advance

A witness statement is in support of your defence as already filed and should be written in the first person as s narrative, telling the story of what happened on the day and subsequently. As you write it, look at the defence points you used and add in the evidence you will put forward, such as photos of poor signage, copy of your permit/ticket etc.
  • but surely using first person will mean that I am admitting I was the driver on the day?
  • don't want to make any mistakes. my court date is soon so any advice will go a long way.
