Rather than ask us every time you get the usual letters everyone gets, please read the NEWBIES thread as this is already answered there.

As is every stage, by bargepole in his thread 'Court Procedures' that I link there under the red heading IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'. That thread by bargepole should be your go-to thread each time you get the next stage.

No link. It's in the NEWBIES thread already.

Posters do best here on this sub-forum when they are forewarned and forearmed by their research. Not knowing what to expect next is not good, so don't be that person who doesn't know what to expect and isn't ready for WS & evidence stage, for example.

DB, it is nearly ten weeks since your OP, you really need to make an effort, read post number 34.

Look up, top of the page:
    Main site>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets Fines & Parking

The sticky is one of only four, permanently anchored at the top of the thread list. Entitled:

**NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? OLD OR NEW? **READ THESE FAQS FIRST!** Thankyou!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How come newbies post this under my signature that tells everyone where to click? Are you on a phone - you CANNOT use this forum properly on a little phone.

My signature TELLS you it's 2 clicks back and tells you where to look, so you can learn to hop around the forum! And you replied directly under the words that say that...

No-one said to do a search for a thread that sits stuck at the top of the forum you are on. That's what a sticky thread is. No searching involved. CERTAINLY no link given.

  • Hi I have read through the thread.

I couldn’t find anything on how to send back the courts letter ‘notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track’.

I have put no to mediation etc. Do I just post it ?

I am sure bargepole's thread linked there in the NEWBIES thread post #2, about Court Procedures tells you how to answer every question on the DQ.

His thread is linked under the red heading in the NEWBIES post #2 that says 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'.

The signed & dated DQ can be emailed to the CCBCAQ email and emailed to the Claimant's solicitors.

Have you found the second post in that thread? It starts with
SMALL CLAIM? START A THREAD PLEASE (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE ABOUT THE SAME PCN) BUT PLEASE ONLY AFTER READING THIS AND DOING THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SERVICE ('AOS') FIRST.

If you've found the bit that starts with that then study it carefully it tells you absolutely everything you need to know to construct a defence and how to answer all the paperwork.
