The judge will do whatever they like. Some want you to speak at length, some dont, some will have read your defence and bundle and have their own idea of what they want to cover specifically, some will want a general overview.

Have a look at this short video:
  • I WON GET IN
Absolutly smashed the claimant mainly on the abuse of process refrancing the beavis case award of £85 and that they are trying to charge me 4x amount. The claimant immedaitly admitted that these values are false and the judge then reduced the amount sought to £85

I then made a point on the fact that every letter sent to me said i parked in a 'no parking zone' however the signs (aka the contract) didnt have the words 'no parking zone' on it at all and instead said 'outside of a marked bay'. The judge then dissmissed the case within 5 minutes and i asked to be awarded my costs for loss of earnings and asked for £100 which he agreed.

Just want to say a big thanks to whoever commented on here and helped me along the way. It really wasnt that hard and a good experience. It saved me having to pay £414 pound to a bunch of fraudsters and cowboys. I am buzzing to say the least. Thank you
  • also is there any way I can get a sort of court report of what was said and the outcome?

Well done, a huge spanking for Gladstones.

That is a case for the SRA ..... Gladstones admitting the claim is false ? THAT IS A VERY SERIOUS OFFENCE

It is now a case of a full investigation into Gladstones, probably be the FCA because this sounds like WONGA all over again.
It is fraud and at the very least Gladstones should be required To pay back ALL the false amounts they have stolen from people

    PLEASE
    Which court
    Case Number
    Name of judge

Yes you can ask the court for their transcription services and ask that service how much a short hearing would cost to transcribe.

Might be under your £100 and would be so useful to the forum, especially as you smashed it re abuse of process/adding false sums!

WELL DONE! ANOTHER HORIZON ONE BITES THE DUST!
