Yes, surely it is not a good idea to email them and draw their attention to it?A chicken crossing the road is poultry in motion0 -

Same here still waiting(order still says the same)
I am assuming they will wait until we email them to ask where the order is, then that way they can tell us it was a mistake and cancel the order.
I know I WONT be emailing them !!
The longer the order stays there, the worse I would assume their stats look on getting orders sent out.
Just makes me wonder tho, if the order has sat there for a whole business day, with no communication atall, what does that say for future orders, are we likely to order from them in the future? This doesnt bode well for the company in my eyes....freebie/mistake or notBest wins

Can anyone tell the way we stand legally on this. I printed my invoice/order number info out just in case.
I can understand a tv being worth £400 being mistakingly sold for £40 that is blatently obvious but a duvet worth £20? for free is that blatently obvious?
We need to know 100% where we stand0 -
some companies can change the price but if something advertised for FREE it should be free, think we just have to sit and wait!Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out - but I can usually shut her up with cake!0
