    I have just got exactly the same response (same person as well!)Annoying though that they didn't tell us this last week. Why wait until we contact them? I certainly won't bother buying from them again- I don't want to risk actually paying for something from them if they just ignore their customers this way.
  • Please accept our apologies for this delay. We experienced a technical problem which resulted in a pricing error and are reviewing a large amount of orders placed from a web link after this. We will be in touch tommorrow after processing all orders .

  • Seems they still cant find the time to tell the truth.

    Their site states all prices are checked DAILY yet they claim tech error, making something that was a value to be entered as FREE. I cant see how they can tell the orders all came from a website with a link :o some may have just been a genuine find like the OIP initially found.

    Hopefully they will process ALL orders including the duvets and not just paid orders hehe
