Hi, I posted the thread, my order is showing on the order history page but says 'no despatch information available' I hope we get them!

Could not resist it. sent them an email saying You sold, I brought! you should honour your contract. Their mistake not mine. Do not expect a lot from them but this really will hurt their reputation.

still no email from them, so why did we all enter our cc details - hope everything is okay, its really bad to hear nothing at all either way

Surely if they are not going to honor the contract they should have emailed by now letting us all know it was an error on their part. Shouldnt we all be worried about our dc or cc details we gave over?

If we knew where we stood legally we could all contact them and demand all payments made though i got free delivery too.

Did anyone pay postage?

i got free p &p hope they havent took any money out but i worried why they havent cancelled by now it cant look good on there records!!

When I got to the check-out wouldn't let me have the free postage option, so I opted to pay £3.95 delivery. It now shows on my profile that I payed free delivery? I'm probably not going to be able to check my bank account until Wednesday, but I'm getting worried too.

My bank account is fine but still no wiser in regards to the Duvets....grr.
