I certainly don't want to purchase from Dunelm again - i'll actually go to an honest company that cares about its customers, not some place that falsely advirtises an offer just to gain publicity!

Yep defintely not worth bothering with if this is the type of customer service they think is acceptable. Many other shops out there with much better customer service.

They have more front than Blackpool they have sent me an e mail promoting their free delivery offer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not prepared to take it up to be honest considering free wasnt free last week with the duvets.Does anyone know how I can remove myself from their mailing list please?

I know what you mean jo, I keep getting bombarded with their email 'offers'. you know what they can do with them!!!
So its obvious they received all our info after the big lies about the orders not getting through! Big fibbers!
Will not buy anything from them in principle! ever!

I never heard anything back from them in regards to their Customer Service saying the "As a goodwill" tosh. Will send a further email tomorrow.

Finallty wrote back to them regarding my order but alas they will not be honouring this sale
