I wasnt the driver at the time.
So if i understand this correctly - using the new Defence Example i need to alter Section 3 to state this?
Can anyone point my in the right direction of some good wording to use so that i can phrase this correctly please?
    Thanks
  • Why not give it a go and we can advise on any improvements? It's far better for this to be in your own words so that you understand it.

But that would mean you are letting others do all the work , even though most of the defence is already written for you

What you should be doing is mentioned above , you do the draft and post it , other members then critique the draft to assist you

You've done most of it.  Search the forum for some similar cases and see what others have put in their defences.  There have been several over the last few days.

    Ctrl C; Ctrl V.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
