Yes, but bailffs are very, very specific and actually have powers
Debt collectors are wastes of oxygen and should all be shut down.

I've started draughting a defence together.
Is it worth looking at it now or wait a bit longer?

I take it this to be ignored aswell?

    Yes I know.

    Hi all,
I haven't been on here for a while due to work and family commitments.
I've just received the 'final reminder' through the post saying I owe £160 and offering me a payment plan to pay it off.
Also saying if I don't pay or make contact within 7 days legal recovery will begin.
