Wow, they are really planning ahead! Is there a date (maybe on the back of the letter) that tells you by when you need to submit your witness statement and evidence?0

thanks for you reply. this is the only official page. there is the blurb about how to get there and the page i have posted.
i sent my defence and DQ a few months ago...
at least i have plenty of time to prepare...i am pretty sure i have the evidence i need ready to print off and take with me. i have just read in the newbies section that i need to send my evidence in advance so i shall do that this week and get it off. hopefully they'll throw it out before i get there...0 -
I would not do it this week
Check the back of the paperwork , it should say something like it needs to be in 2 weeks prior
Do it as close to the deadline as possible , even if you draft it this week0 -
i have checked the paperwork over and over. the back is blank and this is the blurb https://ibb.co/bmF7zcP
seeing as two people are saying there should be more information. shall i call the court to ask where this information is? is there usually other important info that i might not have?0 -

as of yet, i have only come across a costs schedule sent after the trial, i am guessing i should produce one on the day?
i do know about the witness statement. i am also guessing that this is what i send in as part of my evidence 14 days before?
i have just been reading about a skeleton statement which sounds very useful for a judge. should i write one for my case?0 -
Latest advice is to submit your costs schedule with your witness statement (WS) and evidence, Skeleton arguments can be useful, especially if the case/defence/WS are complicated. They should however be skeletons with very little flesh on the bones and should act as a path through the aforementioned defence etc.
Worth calling the court (or maybe e-mail/letter, as you have time) to find out why you were not informed of the date for submission of documents.0 -
can someone please point me in the direction of the beavis case sign? thank you0
