thanks for that... i couldn't get to keypulse's case, says i'm not allowed and chefdaves helped a bit although he did irritate me a bit when he started to give up. i creased up when he said you have the ability to spin lead into gold lolol...it's true!

i printed off 3x some of my evidence earlier and then i saw your recent post about the telephone hearings and not printing until you know for sure, oh well i've done it now...

they relied upon beavis case for signage and look at their sign. even up close, it's hard to see the disabled parking info...look at it from afar...

And who is offering the contract?  You need to express the following clearly in your WS.

There is no way from that tiny print you'd know you'd agreed to pay CEL £100.   From the top, large lettering I'd think my only contract was to pay £2 to ABC Car Park Solutions Ltd, and yet they don't exist:

And where are the arrows pointing to the PDT machine, where is it?

Yes, but importantly you need your WITNESS STATEMENT *and* your COSTS ASSESSMENT compiling.
That will within it adduce the evidence, in the form "INITIALS/001 - a photo of...."

Remind us - have they added unrecoverable amounts such as £60 / £70 to any PCNs? Not talking about court fees here, nor interest, but amounts for "damages" above the £100 (at a guess) PCN.
thank you for the pointers, i am still trying to get my head around the WS and i will post it, once i have something worth posting...

yes they added to the £100 three different times. firstly £40 additional costs in june 2018, then they called them admin fees of £70 in march 2019 and then finally it was £82 additional costs again. they have also added £50 legal reps...

Dolly, I have read through all your thread and of course all the advice you have been given is perfect.   It's the fake add-on ?  Whilst you have this in your statement  regarding abuse of process, you have to rely on a judge understanding this. Most judges will deduct the fake amounts but that is not the result you want, you want the whole claim struck out.

What is the date you go to court ?

The only amount that mattered was the £82
£50 to file is only allowed if they've used a solicitor
